Storylines

Dortmund: Plenty of eyes will be on young American Gio Reyna and his status entering this match. He picked up a hamstring injury last Saturday before the Schalke game, and he’s expected to be named to the squad. He practiced fully on Friday and could play a part in Saturday’s match, but it won’t be as a starter. He was named to the bench for this one with Thorgan Hazard getting the start.

Wolfsburg: With three goals conceded in the last four games, Wolfsburg is on a good run defensively and just jumped into a Europa League spot by beating Augsburg last Saturday. The problem will be trying to stay there with a tricky upcoming schedule. Die W├Âlfe (The Wolves) play four of the team’s top five teams in their last eight games of the season.

Prediction

Erling Haaland and Jadon Sancho each score as Dortmund earns a tight road victory ahead of Der Klassiker. Pick: Dortmund 2, Wolfsburg 1
